In recent years, our country has attached great importance to innovation and achieved a series of development achievements.Under the new economic norm, entrepreneurship has become an important way to promote employment and social development."Public entrepreneurship and innovation" has become China's important talent strategy. As a high-tech entrepreneurial service center, business incubators provide a support platform and knowledge services for start-up companies and personnel. As an intermediary, external institutions such as government agencies, universities, and financial institutions are closely linked to incubating enterprises to form a cluster network. The knowledge network is also a kind of complex network.Unlike general cluster knowledge networks, knowledge transfer within the incubator can directly reflect the hatching effect and service level of the incubator. At present, the development of incubators in China is developing rapidly. However, the hatching effect has not reached the expectation. The success rate of hatching is not high. Many scholars have already paid attention to the cluster enterprise knowledge network, but the incubator knowledge network and general cluster knowledge network have certain differences.Traditional knowledge transfer evolution model is not suitable. The existing research rarely studies the effect of knowledge transfer from the scale of the network and the type of network.Based on the complex network, social capital theory and bounded rationality,an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the incubator's internal knowledge network was conducted to construct a set of incubating enterprise knowledge transfer mechanism.Through evolutionary simulation, the effect of the heterogeneity of scale and type of incubating enterprise on the knowledge transfer in incubator was analyzed by evolutionary simulation. And this paper evaluated the knowledge transfer performance of the "large and complete" and "small and special" heterogeneous incubator network types in the hope of simulating the effect of knowledge transfer in the incubation process of different incubators in China. This paper started from the perspective of observable internal and external factors of the overall network type and network scale, adopted the in-depth interview research method for incubator internal knowledge transfer process research, extracting influencing factors of knowledge transfer behavior in Incubator Cluster Enterprise Network, and learned from existing research theoretical to analysis and assume the rules of knowledge transfer between incubators in the incubator cluster network and construct the incubator's inter-enterprise knowledge transfer conceptual model.Based on the analysis of the complex social network theory and related development theories,it was assumed that the development of the knowledge relationship network follows the principle of capital priority, and the node enterprises use two social capitals the degree and knowledge to realize the preferential growth of social networks.Based on the theory of exchange reciprocity, this paper assigns different types of knowledge space distances in two types of incubating companies to control the range of choices of the relationship between the two types of incubators.Based on the principle of bounded rationality, taking into account the increase of hatching time, enterprises will increase rationally in relation to network selection, and the scope of choice of objects will increase.Considering the applicability of knowledge and the competitive relationship among enterprises, the knowledge transfer thresholds were set.Based on the analysis of influencing factors and knowledge transfer mechanisms, this paper constructed a model of Knowledge Transfer Process for Incubators.Study on how heterogeneous incubators affect the effect of knowledge transfer in incubating companies, this paper sets relevant parameters for the knowledge transfer of incubating enterprises in professional-scale business incubators and comprehensive business incubators of different scales. The dynamic changes of the parameters in the process were taked into account simulated by MatalbR2014a.The effect of heterogeneous Networks on knowledge transfer was investigated through a quantitative comparative study. The simulation evolution results show that:Professional incubators have relatively high knowledge transfer efficiency in the initial period, but they are slow to develop later.Large-scale incubators relatively have a higher total amount of internal knowledge innovation but rapid growth takes longer. In the short term,"Small and specialized"incubators are conducive to the rapid growth of knowledge in incubating enterprises. In the long run,"big and full" relatively "small and specialized" incubators can gain more knowledge support from incubators and have a long-term development level. This study started from practical problems, and based on existing theories and related researches,it realized the innovation of research methods and research perspectives. It discussed the impact of incubating enterprises' knowledge transfer performance on the scale and type of incubators. This paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the knowledge growth of incubating enterprises during the construction process of different types of incubators and provided some reference for future incubator construction and development direction.
