This research main method is to see a doctor in medical establishment of patients issuance of questionnaires, the effective questionnaires to collect data through the analysis. Using SPSS20analysis software and using description analysis to study the basic characteristics of the current medical consumers, the contingency analysis, chi-square test and correlation analysis to study medical consumer background and medical consumption in the process of the consumer cognition, motivation of consumption, consumption goals and the inherent relation of the consumer behavior.Through this research, analysis and conclusions are as follows:(a) the current medical consumption in the elderly accounted for the most, age, income and education on choosing medical organization having effect, the higher like selection of high level hospital (b) a community hospital in the consumer, impossible factors are convenient, cheap and medical treatment good service attitude, while the two or three level hospital is realizable as a disease type, convenient transportation and the patient’s level of income, the higher degree of the patients is that medical institutions for medical level more important (c)medical consumer health cognition degree affected by age between31-50years old men’s health seriously, the lowest index, presents polarization, while women fail to reflect the obvious (d) female medical consumers have higher health consumer motivation, in the health, women’s initiative was obviously higher than the male (e)physical exercise as a health promotion and self-treatment is a kind of important means, people of different ages reflect very significant, and the21-30years old people over60years old prefer to do physical exercise, but the31-50age groups in the exercise of the least proportion, often take part in physical exercise in sick when the crowd Sometimes easier to timely treatment, physical exercise less at risk of common diseases take patience is more possible.This study gives the following suggestions:(A) medical institutions level:(1) scientific orientation, community medical service for hospital development foundation.(2) to play the overall advantages, the establishment of three level network, the sharing of resources, support community health work.(3) close to the health needs of the community service, innovating idea.(B) the government level:(1)accelerate the transformation of medical model (2) strengthen key population concern in (3) deepen the quality and reasonable utilization of resources, strengthening the (4) adjacent areas in the medical region (5)accelerate medical cooperative medical industry market (6) the establishment of hospital management system.
