With the development of economic globalization and fierce competition, Chineselogistics company must focus on company management and human resourcesmanagement, especially with regard to their performance management research.This paper studies the Jia Yi Logistics Company,(hereinatfer referred to Jia YiLogistics). It is a pirvate third-party logistics company. Jia Yi Logistics has adheredthe dominant. It develop in the ifeld of logistics. But,extension and gradual fiercecompetition of domestic abroad logistics business enterpirse, carry out higher requestperformance level to making and the strategic target to Jia Yi Logistics.Hence,it isvery important for us to make performance appraisal system in order to be in line withthe market demand,adapt to e’nterpirses development trends, guide the operating ofenterpirses, meet requirements for employee beneifts and raise enter’pirsesperformance validity.The paper make a research for constituent elements of performance managementsystem and their values by the analysis of performance management theory so as toprovide theoretical support for the research. The paper points out the problems ofcurrent Jia Yi Logistics enterpir’ses performance management and identifies thecauses based on the summaires on the human status and current development status ofJi’a Yi Logistics enterpirses performance in.The establishment of performanceassessment index system is focus in the study,The construction of sector performanceassessment index system is based on the balanced scorecard.And the construction ofemployee performance assessment index system is based on the work analysis.Andthen the set of the performance management Process system. At the same time,thepaper is expected to offer some advices and directions formore enterpirses.
