Along with the steel market situation even more severe and steel trade betweenenterprise competition is becoming increasingly intense, as a steel trade enterprise realizeown strategy, promote the competitiveness of the main means, performance managementis also gradually highlight its value. At present, a lot of steel trade enterprise performancemanagement system is not perfect in our country, the balanced scorecard as the importanttool of performance management, it can be applied in the performance management,promote enterprise’s own management level, to deal with complex changeable marketenvironment, industry and academia has become the focus of attention. It seesperformance management of steel trade enterprise as the research key, using the BSC toprovide the theoretical guide for steel trade enterprise effective performance management.Firstly, it is based on this study the performance management of the relevant contentand features, included performance management and enterprise strategic relations,performance management, the main methods and application advantages anddisadvantages of BSC.Secondly, it studied the steel trade enterprises implement BSC performancemanagement based on the necessity and feasibility, and taking steel trade enterpriseperformance management on the basis of the status quo of the constructed based on BSCperformance management system, with emphasis on the financial, customer, internalbusiness, learning and growth and GS item five constructs the index system ofperformance management, the paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive analysis model andanalytic hierarchy process to the evaluation index system.Finally, it through to the Qinhuangdao Yuyang Trade Limited company performancemanagement empirical research in this paper, analyzes the company in the implementationof performance management, the construction of performance management systemaccording to the test run after the evaluation, the evaluation result feedback to employees,and put forward the further improvement situation, verify the performance managementsystem and evaluation model of the scientific and maneuverability, the feasibility of othersteel trade enterprises improve their performance management has the guidance meaning.
