The Research On The Relationship Between The Intellectual Capital And Enterprise’s Performance On Listed Companies Of Information Technology

With the coming of knowledge economy era, knowledge capital showed a stronger power in the enterprise value creation, has become an important strategic resource of enterprises.As a continuously booming industry for decades, information technology industry has maintained a strong momentum of growth, but in recent years, it has emerged slowdown or even decline, indicating that depending only on the assets investment and existing technology has become unable to meet the requirement asked by industry’s forward, in the face of these urgent problems, this article strives to provide practical guidance for information technology industry having shown signs of slowdown or even regress through the exploration of what role knowledge capital can play in the enterprise performance and how intellectual capital can improve the performance to promote development during input and management, achieving the goal that enhancing performance through more reasonable investment and intellectual capital management and breaking the deadlock in the development.The first chapter firstly introduces information technology industry, analyses the important role information technology industry plays in national economy, in the face of development bottleneck problem of information technology industry emerging in the recent decade, we need to strengthen intellectual capital investment and management to improve enterprise performance, defining the research content and significance. The second chapter clarifies the concept, definition and connotation of intellectual capital, analyses intellectual capital form, and introduces the knowledge capital measurement method. Subsequently, the concept of company performance and evaluation methods, and explores how the intellectual capital factors affect firm performance, laying theoretical foundation for the empirical research. The third chapter analyses information technology industry development situation using the data collected from microcosmic view, analyses performance status of listing corporation of information technology industry from microcosmic view, further analyzing present development situation of the information technology industry and providing descriptive analysis for the empirical studies. The fourth chapter puts forward the research hypothesis, selection of independent variables and dependent variables, and uses the corresponding index values for descriptive analysis of listing corporation of information technology industry intellectual capital and the relationship between two factors of enterprise and performance, finally by using regression analysis method on intellectual capital and enterprise performance relationship for further discussion.
