We have made it clear that in China agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. So the sound development of agriculture provides convincing guarantee for our nation’s political and economic stability. With the quickening of the globalization process, our nation has raised its levels of industrialization and urbanization. But at the same time, with the increasingly competitive international environment for farming products and the rapid development of economy Anhui province, new demands are set for Anhui agriculture. Now Anhui agriculture is transforming from traditional to modern. And during the period of Eleven-Five-Year plan, thanks to a series of preferential policies for agriculture which was adopted by the government, agriculture in Anhui province has developed rapidly and stably. In our province, Grain production has been increasing year after year. The overall production capacity of agriculture has risen notably. However, the problem that agriculture in Anhui is large but not strong and is still conspicuous. For example, natural disasters occurred frequently; the agriculture infrastructure is weak; farm laborers lack knowledge of agricultural technique; the level of agriculture organization is low."CCP Central Document NO.1" has been focusing on the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers for nine consecutive year. And the2012"central first document" especially gave priority to agriculture. Science and technology support in agriculture shoulders an irreplaceable mission of improving agricultural development transformation. In order to speed up the development of agriculture in Anhui province, we must regard agricultural development transformation as the key line and promote agriculture by technology, which provides firm support for the development of economy and society in our province. we have to achieve agricultural modernization in Anhui Province, until increase agricultural competitiveness, ensure food security, increase the income of peasants and achieve the rapid development of agriculture and make people’s lives better.This paper is mainly divided into the following sections:First, this chapter is about the transition of agricultural development mode and its theoretical foundation. This chapter summarizes and sums up the theoretical basis for the agriculture. And it has necessary review of theories concerning agricultural development mode transformation, including new economic growth theory, the structure conversion and development model of Chenery, element introduce model of Schultz. The content in this part offers guidance to the following researches. Second, analysis of the current situation of agricultural development in Anhui province. This chapter makes a brief summarization of the status quo in Anhui agricultural development. we first elaborated the achievements of development of Anhui agriculture in recent years. It mainly analyses problems consisting in its agriculture development modes in Anhui province, and provides a realistic basis for the need for transformation of agricultural development. Third, analysis of the factor that restrict the transition of agriculture development modes in Anhui province. This chapter mainly analyses the following factors:technological factors, environmental factors, labor force, rural finance and so on, among which technology is the main factor that restrict the transition. Fourth, the impact of technology on the transition of agriculture development modes. This chapter respectively illustrates the positive effects of technology on how to raise the overall production capacity of agriculture and how to advance agricultural modernization. And this illustration points out that the fundamental way out for agriculture lies in technology. Fifth, the solutions to realize the transformation of the agricultural development modes. the influence of technology on agricultural development mode in above chapters, the last chapter provides some proposals:(1) Construct a system to support science and technology in agriculture;(2) Innovate the situation of agriculture management, develop more industrialized agricultural operations;(3)Reinforce the material basis for the development of agricultural, and enhance the capability of agricultural sustainable development.
