Research On The Measure Method For Virtual Community Knowledge Sharing Level Based On Two-tuple Linguistic Representation

With the rapid development of e-commerce, virtual community is more and more important for enterprises. It can regard virtual community as the basis of enterprise service outward extension, enterprises can help customers resolve product problems on time through online customer service and mutual consultation among customers in virtual community to improve customer loyalty degree. Enterprises can attract users to participate in community activities through virtual community, and then knowing users’needs and preference better to meet their needs in maximum. Virtual community has a large number of users and high viscosity, enterprises can company with virtual community opinion leaders to transfer positive information to make positive word-of-mouth to bring more customers. Therefore, it has high practical value and practical significance to research virtual community.Papers regards virtual community knowledge sharing as research aim, through the research status of domestic and international virtual community knowledge sharing, it found that these research focused on the influencing factors, sharing motivation and sharing mechanisms of virtual community knowledge sharing, and it is lack of the research on measuring knowledge sharing level. Only one paper which name is research on performance appraisal of knowledge sharing in academic virtual is found in CNKI, this paper used AHP and FCE to appraise knowledge sharing, this method is complex and larger workload, and only gave a final result, its significance is not obvious.Through contrasting and analyzing several typical measurement methods, selecting two-tuple linguistic representation to measure virtual community knowledge sharing level ultimately, and then constructing a measurement model. Firstly, the measurement index system of virtual community knowledge sharing level which includes community foundation, community members, community knowledge and community management is set up according to the influencing factors; Secondly, the questionnaire is designed based on LIKERT, and invited e-commerce experts to answer the questionnaire, screening index through statistical analysis for questionnaire and expert consultation, rank correlation analysis is used to determine the weights of measurement indexes; Thirdly, the concrete process is given; Lastly, an example is used to illustrate the validity of this model.Two-tuple linguistic representation pre-defines a unified language evaluation set, the mathematical operations are based on this set, linguistic assessment information is corresponding to original set during the whole calculation process, this method is clearly and calculation process is easy to achieve, it can avoid losing or distorting some of the original preference information effectively, the result is a form of natural language,so it is easy to explain. Virtual community service providers can take suitable improvement measures to improve the level of virtual community knowledge sharing based on the result.
