With the rapid development of economy, innovation is the key point to improvecore competence. Knowledge sharing is an effective way to force knowledgeinnovation and improve innovation ability accordingly. In view of constantdevelopment of virtual community in and abroad, as well as its particular advantagein knowledge sharing, the paper does research in operational mechanism andinfluential factors of knowledge sharing in virtual community in depth and providesthe theory and countermeasures for keeping and raising the level of knowledgesharing in virtual community effectively.Firstly, this paper analyzes the essence of some concepts which haverelationships with virtual community and knowledge sharing in theories to define thevirtual community and point out the internal relationship between the virtualcommunity and knowledge sharing.Secondly, basing on the knowledge sharing activity in virtual community, thepaper probes into the internal of knowledge sharing in virtual community fromoperational mechanism aspect to give logical and ideal academic sustains for thepaper's issue.Thirdly, the paper selects the influential factors and gives the hypotheticalassumption. Then, by questionnaire and statistic of 19 virtual communities, the paper uses reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to confirm theinfluential factors of knowledge sharing with an empirical aspect.Fourthly, by choosing a typical virtual community, China ASP virtualcommunity, the paper goes deep into the analysis of operational mechanism andinfluential factors of knowledge sharing in virtual community.Finally, on the foundation of researches above, we propose the countermeasureson keeping and raising the level of knowledge sharing in virtual community.
