Boom of globalization, with the strong interaction of economic, social and environmental issues, more and more entrepreneurs recognized that the business is no longer a separate entity in the economic market, the enterprise is not only the basic regional economic organizations, regional social organization, it is a direct contribution to the social environment linked stakeholders. Therefore, the aim of enterprises is not only to pursuit the maximization of profit, but also to strive for the creation "profit maximization" of the realization of economic, social and resource environment.Corporate culture as the "soft power" of the enterprise, the development of enterprises not only play the role of "stable", more "booster" function, the corporate culture is the performance of the competitiveness of enterprises, reflect the real strength and potential for future development of a business from the internal. The competition between enterprises today is no longer the enterprise economic strength of the competition, but competition in the corporate culture, corporate culture as the core competitiveness of enterprises, has an important impact on the sustainable development of enterprises.As a special industry, insurance has played an important part in the modern financial industry, corporate culture is an important supporting forcing the development of the insurance industry and endogenous motivation related to an insurance company’s vitality, creativity and cohesion. More demanding aspects of their social responsibility to fulfill not only the need to undertake general corporate social responsibility but also should afford to undertake the one that other insurance companies can not afford. There are a plenty of researches from scholars that from home and abroad on the insurance corporate culture and corporate social responsibility, but few studies on the link. There is an important theoretical and practical significance to research the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and corporate culture, it can not only through the construction of corporate culture to promote further development of insurance companies, but also has an important significance for insurance companies to fulfill their corporate social responsibility.This is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction, first introduced The background and significance of the research, elaborated the study of relevant literature,presents the study content and method, the thesis structure and innovation. The second part focuses on the insurance company corporate culture theory, including insurance companies connotation and characteristics of corporate culture, corporate culture and corporate development of the relationship between insurance companies, and analysis of the necessity of the construction of insurance corporate culture. The third part elaborate the contents and characters of the corporate social responsibility of insurance companies and the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and the developing of companies from the aspect of the corporate social responsibility. And analyzed the necessity of insurance companies to undertake the corporate social responsibilities on the basis of current situation and development. Part four construct two modes of insurance corporate culture and corporate social responsibility combination:the powerful corporate culture basis on the corporate social responsibility and the strategy of corporate social responsibility basis on the corporate culture, by analyzing the differences and connections of the insurance company corporate culture and corporate social responsibility. The fifth part to research the evaluation system of insurance companies’corporate social responsibility and corporate culture, and summarize the index system and evaluation method that be suitable for the corporate culture and corporate social responsibility of the insurance company.The biggest innovation of this paper is to summary the relationship between corporate culture and corporate social responsibility of the insurance company by researching a lot of literature studies, and elaborated the two modes combined them: strong culture based on the corporate social responsibility and strategic corporate social responsibility based on the corporate culture. The second innovation is to put forward the index system and evaluation method that suitable to the corporate social responsibility and corporate culture of insurance companies through a comparative analysis, paving the way for the future research. Deficiencies is the lack of data, because that the corporate culture has the characteristics that is difficult to quantify, not found reasonable data to validate the relationship, thus there is only on the evaluation method in this article, and hope to be able to do further research for the future paving the way to form a complete system.
