Corporate social responsibility is not only a necessary requirement for the sustainable development of enterprise itself,but also the essential elements of social and economic harmony and progress.Insurance companies because of its industrial characteristics,take the initiative to corporate social responsibility is particularly important to its,can not only improve the image of the enterprise itself,to provide good values and a sense of belonging to employees,but also can more support from the government,play an important role to promote social and economic development.As supervisors and managers of public affairs,the government in initiating the enterprise to perform the duty of social responsibility has,therefore,to study the mechanism of the insurance enterprise social responsibility problem,has practical significance and theoretical significance.For the study of the status quo of domestic insurance enterprise bear the social responsibility,the author consult a large number of corporate social responsibility related books and electronic newspapers and magazines,and helped by several representative insurance companies such as the public disclosure of information on its web site,understand the current insurance enterprise bear the social responsibility.This article through to the insurance customers,insurance sales,insurance enterprise management personnel of questionnaire survey,combined with the related research literature,this paper discusses the current situation of insurance enterprise bear the social responsibility,analyze the problems existing in the insurance enterprise bear the social responsibility,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.This article through the literature research points out that the insurance enterprise bear the social responsibility to the customer's problem mainly includes three aspects:one is the lack of understanding of social responsibility,the second is for the lack of protection of the rights and interests of customers,three is the lack of insurance products.Aimed at the main problems,combined with foreign advanced experience for reference,put forward the following specific improvement countermeasures scheme:guide the enterprise internal management,including conversion values,attaches great importance to the quality of product development,improve the system of marketing management,service innovation;Creating the external environment,including strengthening the social values of corporate social responsibility to establish,strengthen legal construction,reference policy incentives to promote corporate social responsibility initiative,to strengthen insurance customer education,strengthen the supervision of the insurance industry association and other social organizations.This paper puts forward the specific countermeasures,to take the initiative to assume social responsibility insurance industry has a certain reference value.
