In the post-financial crisis era, the cultivation of corporate competitiveness is particularly important to escape the fate of bankruptcy. Corporate competitiveness includes financial competitiveness, human competitiveness, marketing competitiveness and so on, among which financial competitiveness plays the decisive role.Diamond model is proposed to study industry competitiveness, but it has logical consistency with national competitiveness and enterprise competitiveness. Based on Porter diamond model, this paper links strategic management knowledge to financial knowledge to find the meeting point of Porter diamond model and financial competitiveness. By achieving interdisciplinary combination this paper conducts further study of financial competitiveness and grasp its scientific content. Above this, this paper studies the connotation of four-dimension financial competitiveness and its formation mechanism. Later, we also studies the substance of improving corporate financial competitiveness.Though the research of financial competitiveness lags behind in theory, it does already exist in practice.To effectively understand the level of corporate financial competitiveness, scientific evaluation is very important. Based on the diamond model this paper studies corporate financial competitiveness from four-dimention financial competitiveness perspectives by setting evaluation index.By selecting526samples in2011of China’s manufacturing industry, this paper uses main component analysis to analyzes enterprises of in different categories, in different regions. By analyzing financial competitiveness from different perspectives this paper gives advices on improving financial competitiveness later.
