| Information system cost estimating is an important and basis part of project management. In the past, there were many inaccurate estimates problems cause of too much subjective effection. At present there is no simple method can solve cost estimating problem in software area.In this article, we analysed the composition and characteristics of the IT projects, discussed the relation between software cost estimation and software project management, proposed some ideas and basic steps to estimate IT project cost. As to the beginning of IT project, we use both neural networks and fuzzy theory approachs to estimate the cost. And we use about60software projects’data as sample to exersice our estimation model. Compared with COCOMO Model, ours is more accurately and fast.Finally, we use our estimation model in NJLK airport-Ⅱ project, including cost estimate software size estimate software development effort estimation, software development schedule estimation and the total cost estimate. the result shows that it can obtain an accurate and fast estimation, providing an important basis for the airport process management. |
