| 4S shop is a business model introduced by car manufacturers in order to meet customers’ demands in services. Along with the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,4S shop also develops rapidly as the main model of car sales.Almost every major city over the country has4S shops.The competition between auto4S shops also becomes more and more intense. This paper intends to analyze the feasibility of an Automobile4S shop project,which is invested by an investor in Jiaozuo City.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the background, significance and research ideas of this article,then introduces the theory and scope of feasibility analysis, and also summarizes the researches of4S shop feasibility analysis both at home and abroad. After analysing the market demand of the4S shop and research the feasibility of the project from the site, human resources, project construction program, the progress of the condition of technical equipment, environmental protection requirements and other aspects of the project.the paper does a more detailed analysis of its economic feasibility and risks it faces. Finally, the paper concludes that, it is feasible to invest in the creation of GM’s Po Chun Automobile4S shop project in Jiaozuo City. |
