Into the21st century, under the influence of economic globalization and economic restructuring, the operating environment faced by Chinese enterprises become increasingly dynamic, along with the higher degree of complexity and faster rate of change. There is no doubt that these are serious challenges for the entrepreneur’s personal ability and enterprise continued development. The phenomenon of "entrepreneurs suicide tide" and "short-lived enterprise" are the consequence of maladjustment of the dynamic environment pressure. Based on the theory of the entrepreneurial resilience and strategic change, this study tried to interpret these phenomenon. The theme of this study is discussing the question of "Dose the high resilience of entrepreneur means the high toughness of enterprise (strategic change)?"Being different from previous studies, this study relaxes the assumption of entrepreneurs complete rationality. We introduce the concept of "entrepreneurial cognitive" to its mediating role in the relationship between the entrepreneurial resilience and strategic change.Based on literature researching, a theoretical model has been constructed, which include the entrepreneurial resilience, entrepreneurial cognitive, environmental dynamism and strategic change. And we deduce seven hypothesizes about these above. Subsequently we conducted a questionnaire survey of110entrepreneurs from China’s Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province and Shanghai city. The conclusions are as follow:the resilience of entrepreneurs has significant positive impaction on entrepreneurial cognitive; entrepreneurial cognitive has significant positive impaction on the strategic change; entrepreneurial cognitive plays an mediating role between entrepreneurial resilience and strategic change; environmental dynamism can’t carry on the adjustment to the relationship between the resilience of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial cognitive, but the environmental dynamism also has significant positive impaction on the strategic change under the mediating of entrepreneurial cognitive. Finally, this study raises some new advice for enterprise management practice, such as developing entrepreneurial resilience and strengthening their cognitive.
