Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Resilience On Entrepreneurial Performance

In the context of the current unstable global political and economic situation,entrepreneurial enterprises are facing many difficulties and challenges,among which the high risk of failure makes entrepreneurs feel pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms for improving entrepreneurial performance from a theoretical perspective.However,in previous studies,few people have paid attention to the relationship between entrepreneurial resilience and performance.As one of the important characteristics of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial resilience determines whether entrepreneurs have the confidence to overcome difficulties and the ability to quickly recover from setbacks.Entrepreneurs with strong resilience often lead enterprises to go further,and this trait is more likely to exert its effectiveness under the stimulation of the external environment.In addition,exploratory innovation can help enterprises build core competitive advantages,and is considered to be one of the important antecedents of enterprise performance.Based on this,this article will explore the impact of entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial traits,and attempt to introduce exploratory innovation mediators and environmental uncertainty moderators to further study the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the higher-order theory and dynamic capability theory,this study puts forward an empirical model and theoretical framework by sorting out the connotation,dimensions,measurement,causes and consequences of relevant variables.In the survey,data were collected through questionnaires,and the effective data of 213 enterprises were analyzed by SPSS26.0.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Entrepreneurial resilience has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance;(2)Entrepreneurial resilience has a significant positive impact on exploratory innovation;(3)Exploratory innovation has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance;(4)Exploratory innovation partially mediates between entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial performance;(5)Environmental uncertainty plays a positive regulatory role between entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial performance.This study explores the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial personality traits.The results enrich the research on entrepreneurial resilience in the field of entrepreneurship,and broaden the high-level echelon theory.In addition,it also explores the mediating role of exploratory innovation between entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial performance,as well as the regulatory role of environmental uncertainty,opening the "black box" from entrepreneurial resilience to exploratory innovation,and filling the research gap between entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial performance in the context of environmental uncertainty.From a practical perspective,this article aims to help entrepreneurs recognize the important role of entrepreneurial resilience,enable them to actively and optimistically face difficulties and challenges in entrepreneurship,and achieve the results of improving entrepreneurial performance.
