| Facing threaten of worldwide financial crisis and global worming, countries in the world are trying to combine their moves on economic recovery and climate change together, which focus on development and efficient use of new energy; finally it can change their economy into low carbon economy. All countries enhanced energy security to a new strategic level due to the worldwide oil crisis in1970s, and also they intensified the development and use of new energy and new technologies. They’re hoping to realize sustainable development both in economy and society by developing alternative energy and improving energy structure. Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), as a continuation of cooperate governance model in low-carbon time, is more and more popular. Energy Performance Contracting is a new energy saving model or mechanism to cope with increasing challenges on energy price and security, as well as to satisfy needs for energy-saving services.Energy service company (ESCO), as main part of EPC, only can promote Energy Performance Contracting when the company itself is growing strong. However there are so many obstructers that restrain its development, such as lack of knowledge about EPC, weak inner controlling, disaccord between organizational structures and strategic goals, lack of talents and financing channels, out-of-date marketing methods and technologies. For above reasons, based on consultation of many documents and practical experiences on EPC and ESCO development, this paper thoroughly analyzed management status and existing problems of energy saving company which is implementing EPC, so as to find solutions for management, marketing, financing and technologies, help them to build "overall process management, diverse marketing, multiple financing channel, innovate technique" mold, the so called Zhonghuanxinneng Co. ltd. EPC operation mold" so that to set up an example and provide reference for other energy saving companies who implements EPC. |
