Knowledge is an important part of organizational resources,and knowledge flow is an important behavior in the process of technological innovation.On the one hand,the complexity of the new technology is no longer a single enterprise can harness,meanwhile resources scarcity and uneven distribution of technology innovation is more increased challenges,organizations need to acquire their scarce knowledge from the outside by means of cooperation so as to realize the complementary of advantages and disperse the resources development risk;On the other hand,communication of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge mining,fusion of old and new knowledge and new knowledge internalization of absorption and reengineering can be realized in the process of cooperation,thus promote the effective of flow knowledge,and achieve the goal of ascension cooperation network innovation performance.Different from the past research directly targeting at innovation performance,the elaboration to a key process of technology innovation cooperation network performance improvement--knowledge flow.At the micro level,this paper reveals the mechanism,potential risks and organizational development of knowledge flow in technological innovation cooperation network.Therefore,it provides a reference for the cooperative network to avoid the risk of knowledge flow and realize collaborative innovation.Specifically,it can be divided into four parts: First of all,through the method of literature retrieval,compare and analyze the domestic and foreign scholars about technology innovation cooperation network and knowledge flow,summarize the influence factors of technology innovation cooperation network and knowledge flow,so as to further clarify the research object and content of this article.Second,through the analysis of node properties,cooperative relationship,network structure of these three microcosmic factors' impact and their interactions on knowledge flows,establish a microscopic knowledge flow path model,furthermore discusses the knowledge flow path of core and typical microscopic characteristics and possible "knowledge silos ","knowledge curing" risk.Then,from an enterprise perspective,set up the network relationship and structure optimization matching mechanism in different technology innovation orientation so as to help the enterprises to avoid risk,improve the effect of knowledge flow.Finally,combining with the patent data of biological medicine industry,using social network analysis,the qualitative comparative analysis(QCA),and two-factor variance analysis method to analyses and the biological pharmaceutical enterprise in the different technology innovation oriented with the network structure,relationship matching condition,to verify the feasibility and rationality of correlation analysis and assumptions,then put forward the optimization suggestions of knowledge flow.In this paper,the abstract knowledge flow has measured on the quantitative description,and with analysis the knowledge flow of micro-path,it clarified the cooperation network microcosmic factors' interaction relations in knowledge flow,then put forward the optimization matching mechanism of network relationship and structure based on dual innovation strategy.The ability of the research is of great theoretical value and practical significance for cooperation network innovation.
