The shareholding commercial bank, as a form of organization, is one of the knowledge-intensive enterprises. Compared with the state-owned bank, shareholding commercial bank’s employee turnover rate is rising year by year in recent years, the high turnover rate brings a lot of loss in recruitment, training, turnover cost, customers, efficiency and reputation. How to reduce employee turnover rate has become an issue which relates to the shareholding commercial bank’s existence and development.The paper makes empirical study from the perspective of psychological empowerment, make an introduction of supervisory commitment as an intermediary variable, studies on the relationship among psychological empowerment, supervisory commitment and turnover tendency in a unified framework, researches on how psychological empowerment and its dimensions influence on turnover intention in the intermediary role of supervisory commitment, and gives some inspirations for humanistic management practice.The empirical results are as follows:(1) Psychological empowerment and turnover intention are significantly negatively correlated, and meaning, self-determination, impact can be the prediction indexes of employee turnover intention, meaning is the most significant factor;(2)Supervisory commitment and turnover intention are significantly negatively correlated, and effort for supervisor, following supervisor, identification with supervisor can be the prediction indexes of employee turnover intention, effort for supervisor is the most significant factor.(3)Psychological empowerment and supervisory commitment are significantly positively correlated, meaning and impact can be the prediction indexes of supervisory commitment in a certain extent.(4)Supervisory commitment plays a intermediary role in the relationship between psychological empowerment and turnover intention. Finally, according to the research results, the paper gives managers two enlightenments:(1) Improve the enabling environment, to improve psychological empowerment;(2) Pay attention to emotional factors, to improve supervisory commitment.
