Twenty-first century is the era of knowledge economy. With the rapid development of market economy and the change of internal and external environment, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The employees of the "80" as a new generation of groups, have become the main force of the enterprise. They advocate freedom and focus on the realization of the value of life. All these personality characteristics make them a higher vocational commitment and a lower organizational commitment. Therefore, under the influence of internal and external environment, "80" employees show higher turnover intention, which will have a negative influence on the development of the society, enterprises and individuals. The article regard the psychological empowerment as the antecedent variables, and introduce the organizational commitment as mediating variable to explore the psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and turnover intention among the mechanism. What’s more, the article also provide suggestions to reduce employee turnover intention and improve the organization’s business performance and core competitiveness.This research which regards "80" enterprise employees as the research object and introduces the organizational commitment as mediating variables, study psychological research authorization’s influence on turnover intention, and select the Yangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou and Yancheng "80" employees as the research object. They collect data with a combination of written questionnaires and online questionnaires. They have a descriptive statistics analysis to the collecting data by using SPSS 18.0 and a validity and reliability analysis to psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and turnover intention volume table. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of pairwise causal relationship and organizational commitment them editing role of inspection, they will get the conclusion of the study.The conclusions of this paper are:(1) the psychological empowerment and organizational commitment dimensions and turnover intention is negatively correlated;(2) psychological empowerment and organizational commitment is positively correlated;(3) the psychological empowerment and turnover intention is negatively correlated;(4) organizational commitment and turnover intention of showing is negatively correlated;(5) organizational commitment plays an intermediary role between the psychological empowerment and turnover intention. On the basis of the research conclusions, this paper puts forward the management suggestions:(1) perfect the system construction, and provide a broad development platform.(2) improve the management of enterprises, and improve the environment of the authorized.(3) create a good corporate culture, and train the sense of ownership of "80" employees.
