| Labor dispatching to its flexible labor model, low labor cost characteristics, more and more domestic enterprises is used. However, because of different cultural background and environment, the abroad research results of labor dispatching in the domestic do not applicable, and concept consciousness old, inadequate understanding, lead to domestic labor dispatching employees’ lack of belonging, low employee satisfaction, low productivity. The psychological contract is a kind of implicit in enterprise between the employees and informal mutual expectations, it has become a modern enterprise human resources management integration contract management and humanization management effective means. Although, about the research results of the psychological contract is very rich, but in China, studying on the labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract is more to study angle from the theory qualitative analysis, relevant empirical analysis is rarely involves. Exploring the structure of labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract, studying the relationship between the structure internal different dimensionalities of the psychological contract and employee behavior characteristics, that is to stimulate the labor dispatch staff working enthusiasm, improve work efficiency, and promote the development of labor dispatching has important significance.This paper, from the labor dispatching and the psychological contract two Angle to existing literature finishing, and combined with interviews and other forms, obtained the contents of labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract, put forward the theory of the structure model of the idea, and developed the questionnaire of labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract. Choosed the banking industry, the telecommunications industry in Henan province as the research data sources, in based on the data of the pilot test, through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the study concluded that, the structure of labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract is a multidimensional structure including two structural planes, which are the dispatch organizations with staff’s psychological contract relationship, the accepting units with staffs psychological contract relationship, and different structural planes of the relationship includes different dimensionalities of responsibility. Further through the related analysis and regression analysis, discussed the inner relationship of the various dimensionalities, the research obtained that:(1) Dispatch organizations with staff’s psychological contract relationship and the accepting units with staff’s psychological contract relationship have significantly positive between related;(2) Whether the responsibility of dispatch organizations or the accepting unit with labor dispatch staff to its responsibility have significantly positive relations;(3) The influences performance of the different types of responsibility between dimensionalities in the labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract internal structure, it not only has the interactive relationships, but also has no effect.In addition, through the SEM method of analysis, study on the the relationship among labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention, the research obtained that:(1) The responsibility of the accepting units to the staff significant positive influence on Job Satisfaction, o Organizational Commitment, and through the mediating role of them, indirect effects Turnover Intention;(2) The responsibility of dispatch organizations to the staff and the accepting units on staff’s responsibility have significantly positive relations, but the responsibility of dispatch organizations to the staff, it has no significant influence with Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention;(3) The responsibility of standard type dimensionality in the accepting unit to the staff, it has significantly influence with Job Satisfaction and Normative Commitment, the responsibility of interpersonal type dimensionality has significantly influence with Emotional Commitment.Through empirical analysis research about the to the structure and related factors of labor dispatch staff’s psychological contract.
