Highlighting staff outcomes is an important means to get enterprises 'completion advantage. Psychological contract has great influence on staff outcome's progress, because the psychological contract in organization is the psychological link, which connects staff and organization, meanwhile, it is a factor that has important impact on staff's behavior and attitude. When staff work under the same work condition, psychological contract would affect on staff behavior, and then affects on practical staff outcomes. For the being time, there still exist disagreements in the foreign studies about the psychological contract's influence on staff outcomes. However, it stops at a surficial extent when it falls within the domestic studies on the field mentioned above.This paper, with the purpose of solving the present problems in staff outcomes' influence variables analyzing of our country and filling the lack of theoretical studies in the above field with the findings of this research, has established a theoretical model on the relation between the psychological contract and staff outcome. The model is on the basis of the Theory of Management Psychological Theory Organizational Behavior Theory, and Organizational Management Psychological Theory, and treats the organizational promise and staff outcome as the media variables. This paper tries to cause a heuristic argument exploring the relation between psychological contract and staff outcome. Then it develops the local scale which is suitable for use under the background of Chinese culture. Besides that, a survey has been carried out in five different cities such as Beijing, and Changsha. In this way, this paper pool 179 samples and further the study in data analyzing.The empirical study shows that the self-developed scale has a good reliability and validity. The findings also illustrates that psychological contract has notable positive influence on staff outcomes as well as affect on organizational promise and staff behavior. Organizational promise could also impacts on staff outcomes by the way of staff behavior.
