Research On Construciton Of Information Service Platform For China Green Agriculture

It’s a strategic task put forward by The16th Party Congress to establish the Chinese featuredmodern agriculture, and is a long-term goal of China’s agriculture development. In order to achieve thegoal, there must be a systematic agriculture model adapted to the situation of China as a theoreticalsupport. Theoretical research and demonstration of Green Agriculture were started after China’s greenfood career expanded from agriculture fully into the society, when the green food standards andproducts became international. It’s based on experience summary of years of China’s green foodindustry development, and analysis and study of global agricultural development mode during the lastmore than half a century. It’s strategic judgment and choice on development orientation of futureagriculture, combined with the new situation of China’s agriculture development.Information service platform for China Green Agriculture is an important part of green agriculturalservice construction and demonstration project, and is also one of the important means of greenAgriculture theory propaganda, technology promotion and application. Therefore, system design, aswell as the practicality and convenience of the platform function, has a direct impact on the effect ofresearch, publicity, promotion of Green Agriculture theory and technology. Meanwhile, it has importantpractical significance on supporting the green agricultural scientific research and demonstration project.Taking development of green food and Green Agriculture as the background, this paper summedup the course of the development of the green agricultural service system and information serviceplatform for Green Agriculture on the basis of the main contents and preliminary results of theinformation service platform for Green Agriculture. Based on analysis of the development situation andcharacteristics of the domestic and foreign information service platform, and combined with thepractical needs of the service system and index system of Green Agriculture, the paper put forwardconstruction planning and overall framework of the information service platform for Green Agriculture,identified the basic functions of the platform, pointed out the platform functions which needed to beimproved and construction principles in the future, and provided scientific basis and theoretical securityfor implementation of the platform construction program and running smoothly after the platform wasbuilt.This thesis did research for the first time on building methods of the information service platformfor Green Agriculture, analyzed development status and existing problems of Green Agriculture, andalso coordinated the relationship at the level of platform user and information demand, between theinformation service platform for Green Agriculture and research institutes such as Green AgricultureDemonstration Zone, The green agricultural research institutions, and China Green Agriculture Alliance.The paper systematically analyzed information sources of the information service platform for GreenAgriculture, put forward the green agricultural information resources organization and processingmethods, and the system plan of the information service platform for Green Agriculture including framework design, function configuration, database design, user permissions configuration and systemconfiguration, which made up the major flaw in the construction of existing platform.Research and analysis of the domestic and foreign information service platform provided areference for the green agricultural management department to understand the development of the fieldof information services platform; the framework design and platform feature set of information serviceplatform for Green Agriculture presented in this paper, will play a guiding role in the research andconstruction work of the information service platform for Green Agriculture; research on informationresource construction of the information service platform for Green Agriculture provided the basis andreference for further improvement of the green agricultural services system.
