Study On The Technology Acceptance Model In The Process Of ERP-BI System Implementation

As a business information system, the ERP system has highly efficientprocessing functions to business, but cannot meet the needs of enterprise decisionanalysis, and as a system based on decision analysis, business intelligence (BI) cananalyze the mass data in the business system at a deeper level, then meeting theenterprise demand. Therefore, building BI system based on ERP becomes the keypoint of the information system applications in enterprise. However, at present, theimplementation of the BI system based on ERP (ERP-BI) in our country hasrelatively low success rate, so finding the main factors of the ERP-BI systemimplementation is becoming the focus of the scholar’s study.This paper based on the importance of the ERP-BI system implementation,building the Technology Acceptance Model on the influence factors of the systemimplementation, and made analysis and testing on the model, finding out the keyfactors for influencing the system implementation, then help enterprises to focus onthese key factors, taking effective measures to promote the successfulimplementation of ERP-BI system. This paper reviewed the domestic and foreignliterature on the ERP-BI system、technology acceptance model and TechnologyAcceptance Model’s application on the information system firstly, and introduced theconcepts and features of the ERP-BI system, and the meaning of the systemimplementation, then elaborated the information technology adoption theory in detail.Next, this paper elaborated the influence factors of the system implementation fromthe perspective of technology, organization and environment, and constructed theTechnology Acceptance Model on the system implementation process according tothe characteristic of ERP-BI system. Then on the basis of using the classicquestionnaire widely verified in the previous literature as much as possible, thispaper designed and granted the questionnaire, and collected the data from thequestionnaire survey, and made factor analysis, hypothesis test and the variance testfor TAM model through the SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0software, rejecting the influence factors having no effect on ERP-BI system implementation, finding out thekey factors for influencing the system implementation, to ensure that enterprises canavoid the unfavorable factors and grasp the favorable factors in the process of systemimplementation, and finally improve the success rate of system implementation.
