Synergetic Evaluation Research On The Dynamic Synergy Management Pattern Of Manufacturing Enterprise

After fifty years of construction, the manufacturing industry of our countryhas achieved great development. In transportation, infrastructure, metallurgy,national defense has made great achievements, has made important contributionfor the economic development. But with the development of information networkof globalization and the acceleration of technological change, the traditionalmanufacturing enterprise already cannot adapt to the increasingly complexcompetition environment. Enterprises in the actual operation have not in multipledepartments operated together effectively to ensure its expected goal smoothrealized. Therefore, for manufacturing enterprise collaborative operation existingobstacle problems among every departments, this paper has researched on thesynergy degree of various departments within the enterprise from the point ofview that various departments can collaborative operation. Through the empiricalanalysis about synergy degree evaluation model of dynamic synergy managementpatter, the paper improves the enterprise dynamic adaptive abilitycountermeasure.Firstly, this paper has carried on the comprehensive summary about thedynamic management theory and synergy theory, and above that has detailedresearched on the domestic and international orderly degree calculation method.At last has put forward the main innovation points, the research method androutes.Secondly, according to the characteristics and the development direction ofour country manufacturing enterprises, and based on analyzing the influencefactors of our country manufacturing enterprises, this paper has constructed the dynamic synergy management patter, and elaborated the operating mechanismand the interaction relationship between the patter and its external environment.At the same time, has found out the dynamic synergy pattern synergistic agent,established dynamic management synergy evolution model to analyze the processof evolution by using mathematical formula, and been determined that measurethe effects of operation with synergy degree.Again, this paper has identified the order parameter of the dynamic synergypattern through control principle which is belong to the synergy theory, and hasdetermined the synergy degree of the pattern as the order parameter, and provedthe relationship between the synergy degree and dynamic synergy managementinteroperability by using the method of mathematics. Under the principle ofeffectiveness, scientific, comprehensive and vagueness which are always beeninsisted, this paper has established evaluation index system of running effect, andconstructed synergy degree evaluation model by using synergetic methods.At last, this paper takes HD Company as the research object, constructingdynamic synergy management pattern synergy degree evaluation model, to usethe company’s existing data of model implement validation and empiricalanalysis. According to the result analysis shows the company existing problems,how to enhance the whole synergy degree of the enterprise, and puts forwardhow to improve countermeasure of our country manufacturing enterprisedynamic adaptive ability.
