Research On The Synergy Of Regional Enterprise Double Innovation System And The Relationship Between The Synergy And Innovation Performance

With the increasingly fierce market competition,the current technical complexity increases and the update speed increases.Enterprises are increasingly aware that technological innovation is the most important way to improve output,enhance strength and competitiveness.And it also is of great significance for enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading,improve innovation capabilities,and promote the company's long-term development.Enterprises are striving to accelerate the pace of innovation,and in order to improve innovation performance and gain more technological advantages,most enterprises will choose a variety of innovative ways to carry out technological innovation,most of which mainly include independent innovation and industry-university cooperation.However,when companies are making two innovations at the same time,some issues,which include the complexity of the two innovation relationships,how to allocate resources when there are limited innovation resources,and how to synergize the two innovation activities without mutual extrusion.Etc.,are related to the realization and improvement of corporate innovation performance.These measures,which include reasonable exploration and understanding of the relationship between independent innovation and industry-university cooperation,breaking through the limitations of innovative resources and optimizing the technological innovation system of enterprises,are having practical significance for enterprises and even the society to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode.The independent innovation and the innovation of industry-university cooperation jointly constitute the technological innovation system of enterprises.There are complex nonlinear relationships among the various system elements within this dual innovation system.Based on this,this dissertation takes the enterprise's dual innovation synergy as the research core,analyzes the collaborative development relationship of the enterprise's dual innovation system,quantitatively studies the synergy degree of the dual innovation system of the enterprises,and empirically tests the impact of synergy degree of the dual innovation system on the innovation performance.The main research contents include:(1)Research on differential game strategy of enterprise dual innovation system synergy.Using resource allocation theory and synergy theory,the dissertation deeply analyzes the collaborative development relationship of the enterprise's dual innovation system and constructs a theoretical model of collaborative system development.Based on the differential game model,the game analysis of the enterprise's dual innovation system is carried out from the master-slave game situation and the collaborative game situation,and compared the two game scenarios.Finally,it is verified that the dual innovation system under the cooperative game strategy can achieve the maximum benefit.Through qualitative research,it is indicated that enterprises should promote the coordinated development of dual innovation systems.(2)Analysis of the synergy degree of enterprise dual innovation system.The enterprise double innovation system coordination degree evaluation model and index system are constructed.Calculate the synergy degree of the dual innovation system of enterprises,and the system synergy development trend is comprehensively analyzed.The results show that there are regional differences in the synergy between the two innovation systems of enterprises;the innovation subsystem of industry-university cooperation is the key factor that restricts the coordinated development of innovation systems;enterprises should aim to improve the degree of coordinated development of dual innovation systems according to the resource ownership and innovation capability level.(3)Research on the relationship between collaborative development of enterprise dual innovation system and innovation performance.After quantitative analysis of the synergy degree of the enterprise's dual innovation system,the relationship between the synergy degree of the enterprise's dual innovation system and the innovation performance is explored by constructing the econometric model.The results show that the synergy degree of enterprise dual innovation system has no direct impact on innovation performance,but it can significantly regulate the relationship between innovation input and innovation performance,and this regulation has a threshold effect.
