Strategic Research About Internet Of Things Industry Intellectual Property

The Internet of Things，who after computers and the Internet is considered to bethe third reforms signs of the world information industry. It has extensive application,openness and immediacy, It has its ability to a great extent on the cost savings and toimprove economic benefit,it can also provide technical power to recovery the globaleconomy.At present, many developed countries and regions of the world had put a lotof human material and financial resources for further investigating in this field, andthey all had made the intellectual property strategy about the Internet of things.Chinaalso very concerned about the development of Internet of Things,there are manyproblems about the development,especially in the field of intellectual property.This article carry on the analysis from the perspectives of its own characteristicsand applications；the relation of Internet of Things and intellectual property；mainlystudies the intellectual property strategy about Internet of Things.This text is divided into four parts. The first part clear the concept about theInternet of Things, pointing out that it is linked through a variety of informationsensing devices and the Internet, collecting all the information needed, and thenrealize the intelligent identification and management.Intellectual Property Strategy inthe networking industry has great significance: it has a profound impact onindependent innovation ability、 products and services of related enterprise.Perfectintellectual property strategy can boost the development of this high-techenterprises,it can incentive relavent enterprise and research institutions to innovatethe technology of Internet of Things, it has immeasurable significance. It is also aguidelines to ensure the healthy development of Internet of things.The second part of this paper mainly analyse the prominent application partsabout the development of Internet of Things: the network layer, application layer,middleware technology.To research the patent protection status and countermeasures,and point out that the dilemma in the field of intellectual property about China’sInternet of Things:there is inadequate domestic high-tech intellectual propertyreserves,lack of technical standards for this industry, and a lot of security threats inthe development of Internet of things.The third part is mainly aimed at the problems before-mentioned：and combine this with the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy, puts forward fourgoals: to incentive every enterprise to create the emergence of the independentintellectual property rights, then use the intellectual property rights to create economicvalue actively, and according the law to protect the abuse of the regulation ofintellectual property rights, more to do scientific management to protect thedevelopment of things in the field of intellectual property rights.The last part of this paper,point that technology is ever-changing，we muststep up the pace to make the intellectual property strategy.According to the 《Outlineof National Intellectual Property Strategy》 and 《The12th Five-Year Plan aboutInternet of things》，the text suggest that we can make the intellectual property strategyfrom country、industry、region and enterprise four levels.From the micro perspectivethe paper proposed to strengthen the industry regulations during the development ofChina’s Internet of Things, to establish industry early warning system, to provideintellectual property training services, to strengthen the exchange of experience andcooperation in the provinces and regions,to propagandize intellectual property’s effecton the development of Internet of Things and so on concrete measures.
