No matter it is in academic researches or in the practical application, lean production, agile manufacturing, CIMS and advanced production methods have aroused widespread concern. However, the change from traditional mode of production into advanced mode of production is not just high-end machines to replace the old equipment or new technology to replace the old technology, but also a change in production philosophy and management style. Implementation of advanced production methods need to change the original organization to achieve.On the basis of numerous literatures, connotation has been put up with. Having generalized how is the situation of organizational change in advanced mode of production in real life, the whole design way of organizational change has been come up with and according to the principles, an organizational change in production unit has been designed.
