Political Economic Analysis On Network Forms Of Production Organization

Information technology revolution had a profound impact on human society. With modern information technology progress and network technology innovation,a new organizational form of production - network form of production organization is being applied more and more and gets promotion. For research on this new production organization has focused on Western economics and the Marxist economic analysis of this phenomenon less. Marx "Das Kapital" has made a profound and detailed discussion on the handicraft workshop , modern mechanical industry and other mode of production,and provides a theoretical basis and framework for the modern networked form of production organization.In this paper,On the basis of the mode of production theory of Marx,network form of organization of production has been studied,It extends and develops mode of production of Marxist theory.Marx's mode of production made such a discussion: the mode of production has at least four aspects,which contains the technical conditions of production,social conditions of production,production of social forms,forms of social production. Social conditions of production refers to the division of labor in the production process,collaboration,and production organization. According to Marx's theory,the technical conditions of production determine the social conditions of production , and technological conditions together with social conditions plays a significant impact on the production of social forms and forms of social production. Production form (the form of social production and production of social forms) also have a counterproductive impact on the revolution of production conditions,which affects and constraints the development of production conditions. Thus,the mode of production continue to occur with quantitative and qualitative changes in such interaction in the process of mutual restraint,promoting development of human society.As the forms of production organization in the handicraft workshop era and modern mechanical industry era,network forms of production organization have distinctive features. Compared to the traditional hierarchical system,the network production is more dependent on technology and knowledge,more emphasis on cooperation and communication,and more flat structure. This form of organization does not come out of nowhere,but from the form the result of joint action of modern technology,productivity,production form and other factors. In essence,the network form of production organization is actually the contradictions product between the Large-scale socialized production and capitalist private ownership,and it is that capitalist mode of production take the initiative to adjust to meet the requirements of the productive forces,strongly significantly extend the life of the performance of itself.This new production organization form come from the developed capitalist countries,and internally generated global trend of spreading. For China,on one hand,the level of productivity change production mode,on the other hand,external shocks is a huge change. We should not only seize this opportunity,change ideas,adjusting structure,accelerate the reform of market mechanism to adapt to the requirements of the development of productive forces,but also voluntarily and meet the challenges,and strive to improve enterprise external environment,display own superiority,actively join into the global production network,it will improve productivity level and the construction of socialist economic significant role.
