The College turnover house is the product of the reform of the housing monetization, it is an important measure to ease the housing difficulties of young college faculty, also played an important role in the stability of college teachers, and to attract high-level personnel. With the national implement the policy of university expansion, the university has expanded rapidly, followed by all colleges and universities to introduce a large number of highly educated, high titles to enrich the teaching staff, their housing problems increasing year by year. Universities turnover of housing supply and demand contradiction has emerged. How to improve the management of the supply of college turnover house, it is very significant for solving the university faculty housing difficulties, and promote long-term development of higher education in building a socialist harmonious society of China.In this paper, we investigate status of college turnover housing supply management of the seven universities in Wuhan. On this basis, we summed up the college turnover housing supply management achievements and existing problems, finally, we provided our measures of improving College turnover house for supply management. Specifically, the paper is divided into four parts:the first is an introduction. The introduction describes the origin and significance of the topics, and then reviewed existing research on domestic and foreign. Finally, this article describes the research methods, writing framework and possible innovation. The second part is the overview of the theory. This part including housing monetization reform and college staff housing supply changes, and elaborated the theoretical basis of the college turnover house for supply management. The third part is the empirical research.It introduced the findings of supply management achievements and existing problems of the college turnover house in the seven universities on the basis of this analysis. The fourth part is countermeasures. In the light of the problems in the supply management of the college turnover house, we provide some countermeasures to improving college turnover of housing supply management.The innovation of this paper as follows:First, the research topics has an novel ideal. College turnover house is the product of the housing monetization reform,it has only10years of its existence.The academic community has not yet in-depth systematic study of college turnover house. Mostly research literature in the college turnover house analysis problems and proposed countermeasures, few scholars to study the supply management of the college turnover house, so the topics of this paper is relatively new.Second, the unique perspective of the study. After analysis, I believe that the college turnover house is a quasi-public goods, based on a balanced supply of public goods theory, From the view of effective supply of public goods point to study the college turnover house, the research perspective is very unique.Third, the study concluded that forward-looking. I believe that the college turnover house should fit into the areas of public rental housing. Public rental housing is a supplement to the existing housing. It is also a new type of affordable housing proposed by government in the past two years. All aspects of the theory and system have yet to explore. Whether colleges turnover house fit into the scope of the public rental housing are still unknown, but it is a necessity in the long term.
