The Analysis On The Efficiency Of Chinese Commercial Bank From The Point Of Property Rights

This paper study Chinese commercial bank efficiency from the point of property rights. Firstly the paper reviews Chinese commercial Banks reform process, and considered that the reform of property right is the most important part of Chinese commercial Banks reform. Discussed the joint-equity commercial bank of China impacts to state-owned commercial Banks property rights reform, and the influence of the whole China’s commercial Banks reform. Then on this basis, paper puts forward the empirical research model. Through the data envelope analysis method, paper calculate the Chinese10commercial bank (four state-owned commercial Banks and6joint-equity commercial bank) management efficiency, and use Tobit model to make property variable and other control variables regression analysis. Results show that the property rights of state-owned Banks will produce a negative effect on effect.
