Research On The Supply Chain Competition(SCC)of The Integration Of Domestic And Foreign Trade Reforming Enterprises Based On Fahp

The existing literature research focuses not on the supply chain competitiveness of internal and foreign trade integrated enterprise but on the two major themes, including foreign trade integration and supply chain competitiveness. This leads the author to build a theoretical model of trade integration enterprise supply chain competitiveness, design specifications, establish index system. this papper uses two typical cases to verify the model and indicators in order to acquire the strategy on enhancing the supply chain competition of trade integration enterprise.In the continuous development of economic globalization and high-tech, the global market has entered a new era. The connection of the domestic market and foreign market has gradually opened up. The advantage of the past domestic and foreign trade separated has sunset and the competition advantage in market is already precarious. However the restructuring measures of integration of domestic and foreign trade brings new hopes for domestic enterprises, which is not only the needs of the market even more the enterprise development. The domestic and foreign trade separated artificially hindered the expansion of the supply chain, which make the companies lost their competitive edge in the current era of competition in the supply chain as the main competitive. thus reduced to only one node of the supply chain of large foreign companies. In order to break the dilemma, our enterprises need to cross boundaries independently established own supply chain at the background of foreign trade integration and "going out" strategy, enhancing own competition, and competing with large foreign companies, then finally realizing the new national development strategies.Due to the combination researches of the integration of domestic and foreign trade and the supply chain competition are rare, This research regard the both as study entry point to deeply explore the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises how to enhance the supply chain competition, which is is an innovation of this article. In accordance with the characteristics of the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises, the theory of supply chain competitiveness and the general supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system, this paper will use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system more accurately for the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises. Then the research brings in two typical cases----Anhui Hui Long and Zhejiang AMP to analysis, and concluded the conclusion finally. This paper can be roughly divided into four parts.The first part, it is a literature review of a large number of relevant integration of domestic and foreign trade and supply chain competition, in order to reveal the current domestic and foreign trade integration and supply chain competitiveness research status and research achievements, which provide value theory and method for this study.The second part, according to the above theoretical basis and research achievements, the research will establish a new integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprise supply chain competitiveness evaluation index system by using FAHP, which is based on the current supply chain competitiveness evaluation system and combined with the characteristics of the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises.The third part, it is an analysis of the case of two typical of the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises. First, the selection of cases is under consideration and thinking over in order to not deviate from the theoretical requirements. Second, under the framework of the evaluation system, the research calculate the end of the supply chain competitiveness evaluation score by FAHP. Last, it will make detailed analysis to the supply chain of the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises.The forth part, it is the practical application of the Case Study. The research conclude the conclusion by above analysis, then provide suggestion for enhancing the supply chain completion of the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises and contribute to help the integration of domestic and foreign trade enterprises take the "going out" strategy.
