Analysis Of Industrial Relationship And Spread Of Zhejiang Province’s Commercial Circulation Industry

As a key link between production and consumption, the commercial circulation has been playing a huge role in the national economy development. In recent years in Zhejiang province, with the deepening of the economic development and reform, the commercial circulation has made great strides in development, its infrastructure has been taking shape, and paid more and more attention by the government. However, there are many problems in the commercial circulation, such as low circulation speed, poor efficiency and high cost. To break these bottlenecks not only will promote the development of the commercial circulation, but also promote the economy development. Hence, to better develop the commercial circulation, it is necessary to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of commercial circulation and identify its status in Zhejiang province.From the point of view of the industrial relationship, this paper divides the industry of Zhejiang province into five departments and uses the strong macroeconomic analysis tool of input-output table to quantitative investigation, by which we can find out the basis in fact that judgment of industrial characteristic and the influence between the national economy departments. The paper determines a series of input-output coefficient during the last ten years, the coefficient can measure own change of commercial circulation and the change of other sectors of the national economy caused by commercial circulation. At the same time we analyze the change on time dimension. The paper gives us the definition about commercial circulation’s status and function while evaluating the relationship and spread of industry in the ten years.Via analyzing input-output tables of Zhejiang province over the years, the paper reaches that commercial circulation of Zhejiang province belongs to intermediate-basic industry, and has a trend to close to intermediate industry. At the same time, we calculate a series of index, find that the commercial circulation has ring relation with manufacturing, they will promote each other and develop together. By calculating influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient, we find that the industry’s influence of commercial circulation is below the average level of society, but shows an increasing tread, while the industry’s sensitivity above the average level, and maintains a certain smooth, which illustrates that the commercial circulation’s impetus to other sectors is greater than the pulling power. Besides, we found commercial circulation’s price influences to other sectors in national economy are all greater, which can be a lever to adjust the price of other industries.In order to describe the ripple effect of commercial circulation comprehensively, the paper introduces the path analysis, by which we can found that commercial circulation has a remarkable direct action to national economy, and its influence coefficient is0.5834, which is the first element to effect the development of national economy. The indirect action to national economy through the consumption is also bigger, which is0.3298. But the indirect actions through employment and urbanization, especially urbanization, are not obvious. Thus we reach that the direct action is primary.
