Research On The Development Of Circulation Innovation To Promote The Development Of Hebei County's Characteristic Industrial Clusters

In recent years,a series of files such as Guidance on Further Promoting the Development of Industrial Cluster and Internet + Circulation Action Plan have been issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China,aiming to deeply integrate the Internet with the circulation industry,speed up the Internet + industry cluster action,and promote the development of local industry cluster.Although that the characteristic industry in Hebei counties are based on local small and medium-sized enterprise clusters plays an outstanding role in the local economic development,the industrial cluster internal product is low in structure and weak in innovation ability,which makes it more and more difficult for the county characteristic industry to only rely on cost and price advantages to achieve sustainable development.What's more,the development of the characteristic industries in Hebei province faces a great challenge with the rapid development of the Internet economy,the acceleration of product upgrading and the diversification of people's consumption demand.Therefore,it has become an important topic how to innovate the circulation function and improve the new division of circulation labor system under the background of the Internet economy in order to enable the integration of Hebei county characteristic industry cluster and the Internet economy and better play the leading role of the modern circulation in the county characteristic industry cluster development.This paper focuses on circulation innovation to promote the development of characteristic industrial clusters in Hebei province under the background of Internet economy.Research idea goes as follows.Firstly,based on grasping the present situation of county characteristic industry cluster and the coordinated development of circulation industry,this paper puts forward a theoretical framework of circulation innovation that can promote the development of county characteristic industry cluster,and then verify its practical applicability through case studies.After that,the paper proposes some policy suggestions on promoting the development of regional characteristic industrial clusters.Specifically,the first chapter presents the research topic that circulation innovation can promote the development of Hebei county characteristic industry cluster after combing theresearch status of industrial clusters,circulation innovation and the interaction between industrial clusters and circulation industry.The second chapter introduces the theoretical framework of this paper based on the innovation theory,supply chain theory and scale economic theory.The third chapter mainly elaborates the current situation of county characteristic industry cluster and the development of circulation industry in Hebei province,pointing out that the innovation push of circulation industry under the Internet economy on industrial clusters is insufficient,and the overall good interactive development situation has not been formed.The fourth chapter discusses the internal mechanism why circulation innovation can successfully advance the development of county characteristic industry clusters under the background of Internet after an analysis of the influence of Internet economy on the development of the industrial cluster,further analyzes the development mode and upgrade path of this promotion,and constructs the running mechanism.The fifth chapter demonstrates case studies on cashmere industry development in Qinghe County and analyzes the electronic commerce industry cluster "Qinghe model",as well as the new development of Qinghe cashmere industry driven by circulation innovation,which tests the practical applicability of this running mechanism from the point of practice view.The sixth chapter offers countermeasures and suggestions to promote the county characteristic industry cluster development by circulation innovation from a circulation innovation perspective and an integration of circulation industry with industrial cluster development perspective.
