Research On The Development Of Fujian Characteristic Town Under The Background Of Industrial Agglomerations

The development of characteristic towns is a key measure to promote rural revitalization and an important carrier to promote industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal of the economy.Since Tengyun Town Anxi County was included in the list of the first batch of characteristic towns in Fujian Province in 2016,all the work has been carried out methodically,but it is faced with the problem of how to upgrade the development of characteristic towns on the basis of industrial agglomeration.This paper studies the development path of characteristic towns in Fujian province under the background of industrial agglomeration,taking Tengyun Town Anxi County as an example,which aims to provide new ideas for small towns to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrade and realize scientific catch-up,which has strong reference significance for the development of characteristic towns.Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration,this paper analyzes and summarizes the External Economic theory,Industrial Location theory,Growth Pole theory and Competitive Advantage theory,and points out the inherent logic of considering the industrial foundation in the development of characteristic towns.On the basis of theoretical exploration,this paper analyzes the successful characteristic towns at home and abroad,and selects six cases related to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to provide reference experience for the development of characteristic towns of traditional industries.Starting from the development status of characteristic towns in Fujian province,it is found that there are problems such as the long road to industrial upgrading,difficulties in gathering high-end elements,infrastructure to be improved,and multiple co-construction.Based on the analysis of the current major problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as promoting the upgrading of characteristic industries,promoting the concentration of high-end factors,accelerating the construction of infrastructure,and encouraging the participation of multiple parties.This paper makes an in-depth study on the development status of Tengyun Town Anxi County.First analyzes the causes of industrial agglomeration in Tengyun Town Anxi County:historical accidents are the origin of industrial agglomeration in Tengyun Town Anxi County;Continuous innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of Tengyun Town Anxi County industrial agglomeration;The government's support is an important support for the continued development of the industrial agglomeration in Tengyun Town Anxi County.Subsequently,this article discusses the present situation of industrial agglomeration inTengyun Town Anxi County.It is believed that Tengyun Town Anxi County has six advantages such as deep industrial foundation,complete industrial facilities,strong market demand,rich tourism resources,orderly advancement of projects,and strong government support.It also points out that there are five problems in Tengyun Town Anxi County such as weak industrial competitiveness,brand effect,difficulty in agglomeration of innovation factors,insufficient infrastructure and government still overreach.In view of the existing problems,the following measures are proposed to promote the development of characteristic towns.First,we will stimulate the vitality and attractiveness of leading industries,promote the integration of cultural creativity and design services with specialty industries,and create a characteristic industrial tourism industry.We will adhere to the principle of "international and domestic dual-track drive and in-depth integration of online and offline".Expand the two markets,expand the scale of the leading industries,and give play to the industrial agglomeration effect.Second,we will strengthen the drive of innovation,promote the development of innovation in characteristic industries,and continuously enhance the competitiveness of characteristic industries.The third is to strengthen the brand shaping,enhance the reputation of the characteristic industry,and further give play to the brand effect of the characteristic town.Fourth,we need to improve basic support,optimize public services,and combine the needs of industrial development to speed up the construction of various types of infrastructure and promote the integration of production cities.Fifth,encourage the participation of many parties to realize the platform and network of the operation mechanism of small towns.
