Study On Old-Age Satisfaction In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province Based On Data Mining Technology

Since1999, China has entered an aging society, the aging of the population problem isone of the major problems facing Chinese economic and social development. Populationaging in our country has a large population base, the rapid development of "aging beforegetting rich", etc.. In order to actively cope with the aging of the population, to accelerate thedevelopment of the cause of aging, according to "the people’s Republic of China NationalEconomic and social development of the Twelfth Five Year Plan","the people’s Republic ofChina Law on the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly" and the "CPC CentralCommittee and the State Council on strengthening the work of aging decision", China hasformulated "the development of the12th ’Chinese Aging Cause Five-Year’ plan", in order toachieve the elderly sense of security, medical care, teaches, study, worthiness, happiness" asthe goal, so that the majority of elderly people share in the fruits of reform and development.This paper from the nursing satisfaction in rural areas of Hebei Province as thebreakthrough point, based on a large number of data, consult the relevant practice results,"thedevelopment of ’Chinese aging cause Five-Year’ plan" as a guide, from the analysis of theinfluencing factors of the rural elderly pension satisfaction point of view, considering fouraspects of elderly people themselves factors, family factors, community and social factors, onthe basis of investigation and research, processing and statistical analysis of survey data,digging through the decision tree model and association rules, analyzed effects of variousfactors on the Hebei province rural elderly pension satisfaction, and interaction with contact,and on the basis of this study to explore the pension model suitable for Hebei in rural areas, inorder to alleviate the pressure of our aging society, the realistic basis and theoretical guidancefor the rural elderly to achieve "security, medical care, physically, old school, worthiness,has" happy life provide meaningful.As can be seen from the decision tree model, the influence factors of rural elderlypension satisfaction, family factors influence on the living conditions of the rural elderlysatisfaction, living with their children and the elderly pension higher satisfaction; affectingmedical level of medical and health institutions in the community factors for rural elderlypension satisfaction is not very big, and the rural medical development level is low; thecountry factors in the system of subsistence allowances for female elderly satisfaction is veryhigh, because the subsistence allowance system reflects the level of social security of local,but whether to participate in the rural cooperative medical care is an important variable afterthe subsistence allowance system implementation status. Found in association rule mining,where the minimum living security system implementation in good condition, to participate inthe rural cooperative medical care, a village collective subsidies, higher nursing satisfaction ofelderly people live with their children higher living satisfaction; elderly people; the highercultural level, occupation for non-farming endowment lower satisfaction in old people.Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward the endowment model suitable forthe elderly in rural areas of Hebei Province: Based on home care, the social pension as thecore, pension mode of the combination of the social security system and medical securitysystem phase. In order to create a suitable for the rural elderly pension environment, therealization of "the development of the12th ’Chinese Aging Cause Five-Year’ plan" in the "sense of security, medical care, teaches, study, and happiness" working target, this paper putforward suggestions for the full enthusiasm, drive the elderly, family, community and society,promote the development of rural economy, development of home-based care services,improve the rural social security system and medical insurance system, and establish adiversified systemof Old-Ageing Care.
