In consideration of the economic background of the appreciation of RMB,the Government of housing prices and demand for housing investment policy suppresseconomic policy factors, as well as the irreversibility of real estate development projects,large amount of investment, long construction period, real estate development projectssusceptible to economic policy, the purchaser’s psychological expectations and other factors,and thus before the investment must be above influencing factors analysis to determine thefeasibility of the project.As an emerging industry in China, the real estate industry’s positionin the national economy becomes increasingly important, and is dually becoming a newpillar industry of China’s economic development. Started late, the imperfect development ofChina’s real estate market is showing more significant fluctuations and some other primarymarket characteristics, such as the heavy speculative atmosphere, the lack of standardizationof the market mechanism, and the defection of the law. In this case, in order to maintain thebalanced development of the real estate market,Government will take the economic, legal,administrative and other means to intervene in the real estate market, in order to improve theefficiency of the operation of the market. Government has introduced a new policy whichwas based on the actual development of China’s current real estate market. It also provided agood enternal environment for the healthy and orderly development of real estate market.Longyuan residential community project investment environment and market supplyand demand situation from multiple angles comprehensive targeted analysis.
