Business process affect the sustainable development of a company, a goodbusiness process can bring to the company efficient operation. Because manymanagers are aware of the importance business process, they want to improve thebusiness process of their company so as to have efficient business processes. Themethod of business process improvement most commonly used is business processreengineering. The truth that the success rate of business process reengineering is lowpuzzles many leaders. So, one of the topics in this article is how to improve thesuccess of business process reengineering. Six Sigma management is a method whichresearch things from the view of system. Six Sigma management improves thebusiness processes through the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts and theflexible use of various analysis tools, the process capability can achieve the best stateand the enterprise can access to maximizing success. Therefore, the method ofcombining Six Sigma management and business process reengineering to improvebusiness process can achieve complementary advantages of the two methods andeffectively promote the implementation of business process improvement, the successrate of business process improvement can be greatly improved.The article describes the status quo of Jilin Province Pharmaceutical Trading Co.,Ltd., analysis the company’s current internal and external development environment,we know that the company need to restructure their business, and there are someproblems in their business process, so they need to improve their business process. Inthis article, I introduced the theory of business process reengineering and put forwardthe implementation model, described the management theory、organizational structureand the implementation model of Six Sigma management. On this basis, I stealanalysed the feasibility of combining Six Sigma management and business processreengineering, and put forward the five steps implementation model of businessprocess reengineering based on Six Sigma management through the implementationmodels of the two methods. On reflection, the company managers decided to usebusiness process reengineering based on Six Sigma management to improve thebusiness processes.According to the five steps of the implementation of the framework, through three stages of vision conception, process analysis, process improvement, we canimprove the business process which have problems in company. Again two stagesthrough the implementation process and effectiveness analysis, we can achievecontinuous improvement of business process, and finally achieve the effect that wewant.
