Research On The Influencing Factors And Realization Paths Of Technological Innovation In Coal Enterprises

The coal enterprises, which relating to the security and development of the nationaleconomy, have an important strategic position in the national economy. In the context ofbuilding an innovative country, coal enterprises have a strong demand for innovation. Thereare significant differences between the coal enterprises technological innovation and smalland medium enterprises technological innovation, with the aspect of the impact factors andpath design. From the aspect of national energy saving, industry characteristics, technicalapplicability, the coal enterprises technological innovation have special attributes of theindustry. This paper systematically cards the affecting the elements of the coal enterprises intechnological innovation, and brings about technological innovation path.This paper combs the elements of domestic and foreign scholars on the impact ofenterprise technology innovation, the system path and coal enterprises in technologicalinnovations, which is based on the theory of sustainable development, innovation theory andthe theory of production, teaching&research cooperation. This paper systematicallyanalyzes the elements of the coal enterprises technology innovation, makes an empiricalstudy, builds an influence factor model, and based on the analysis of the influencing factors,brings the achieving path of the technological innovation of coal enterprises. In the end ofthe article, the paper makes a case study of Tieling City coal enterprises, and puts thesuggestions of improving the technological innovation of coal enterprises, and makes thesummary and the outlook. The paper concludes:(1) The coal technological innovations of enterprises are affected by many factors,including4dimensions and16factors. The dimension of policy environment contains thefactors of policy-oriented, social and environmental, market demand and intellectual factors.The dimension of technical R&D contains the factors of the innovation spirit of leadership,the intensity of financial input, the level of technological innovation and the staff structurefactors. The dimension of dissemination of technology contains the factors of enterpriseinnovation mechanism, the role of marketing capabilities, the promotion of informationtechnology and the impaction of collaborative network. The dimension of technologyadoption contains the factors of the corporate culture, knowledge management, sustainabledevelopment and the assessment of innovation and benefit. (2) Based on the analysis of the influence factors, this paper puts forward four paths oftechnological innovation in coal enterprises. The first path is the cooperation of production,teaching&research institution. The second path is knowledge sharing path. The third path istechnology transfer path. The fourth path is the collaborative innovation path. Although thereare cross existing in the extension of these four paths, but the four paths reveals the methodsand steps that the coal enterprise achieving the technological innovation from differentviewpoints.
