| In the21st century, innovation has become the main theme of China’s social development. The third plenum of CPC put forward a people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept, requiring adhere to the scientific development concept to guide economic and social development. In the National Technology Conference, Party Central Committee defined an important task of building an innovative country, and developed "Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan (2006-2020)." as a national strategy of an innovative country. In the process of China’s history, innovation has never been referred to such high level. Facing the challenges of economic globalization and environmental resources, innovation has become the era of the horn. Enterprises, rising, statesmust prosperity lies in innovation.Over the years, developing in extensive mode of economy, economy in Anhui developed slowly, with not only resources consumption, but also low economic efficiency. Economic globalization has made local economic activities increasingly drawn into global competition with a increasing pressure, in this case, only these enterprises with ability to integrate resources and rapidly carry out technological innovation in many countries and regions, extensive economic development is difficult to last for long. Thus changing the economic development models to improve economic efficiency relying on technological innovation is imminent. In recent years, technological innovation vigorously promote in Anhui Province, made it effective to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading of industrial technology. However, compared to the level of technological innovation in domestic developed provinces, the technological innovation has a long way to go in Anhui. Therefore, it has a certain reference on the economic development of Anhui Province to grasp the main factors affecting their development according to the status of economic development in Anhui Province, and thus to puts forward the countermeasures to improve the level of technological innovation in enterprises.This paper outlines is the basic theory of the classification on technology innovation, research methods and significance. Secondly, it analyzes the status of technological innovation in large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui province and points out the characteristics of technological innovation in Anhui Province. Third, on the basis of reviews and analysis of domestic and international factors on technological innovation and research results, based on the data collected, it studies on related factors within the expenditure of funds from the science and technology activities, R&D expenditure of funds within the science and technology activities, personnel input, degree of automation equipment, patent ownership and other, comparing with medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanghai, according to longitudinal comparative analysis of the factors to preliminary screening in a number of factors in Anhui. Fourth, combined with analysis of the impact of technological innovation factors in large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui Province to built the influencing factors of technological innovation system for medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui Province, using statistical factor analysis to determine the main factor, and according to the main factors for further analysis to determine the weights of the main factors in the key indicators, and then further analysis of these key indicators to determine the problems existing and the reasons for technological innovation in large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui Province, then put forward policies and measures enhancing the level of Technology Innovation in Anhui. Thus to protect technology innovation in the large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui Province, and it will be helpful to improve the level of technological innovation development in medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui Province. |
