Research On Project Selection And Risk Control Of Refractory Enterprise In The Transition Period

China’s steel production capacity surplus serious, and mostly in low-endproducts, so businesses mostly at a loss are considering restructuring anddevelopment. This paper uses the actual survey method to investigateways of H Company and its enterprises in the new project selection, analysis, in ordto help to understand the problems of the enterprises in the process of launching anew project, and through the literature studies, targeted proposed the the scientificproject decision-making program, It has important implications for thetransformation of the enterprise preferred project, to grasp the correct direction ofcorporate strategy to achieve a successful transition.
