As implementation of energy-saving and discharging-reduce policy as well as energy price rising continuously, especially the influence from economic crisis all over the world, to adapt to this rigorous situation, keep enterprise' competitive superiority and maintain sustainable development, it is important for enterprises to implement energy save and discharging reduction. In the past, research about heat recycling was put into practice mostly in steel or cement areas, not many refractory companies do this kind of research. The task on how to efficiently carry into execution waste heat recovery project in refractory material industry is one of main topics that deserves further study.Taking the MBA knowledge as a method, this thesis summarized and contrasted the waste heat recovery activities which we have engaged in past few years. On the basis of research and practice, this thesis studies on the case which is about heat recycling from tunnel kiln in RHI Refractories (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Through studying on the implementing process, it analyses the case, and raises thoughts and ways of the project successful implementation in risk, cost, techniques, human resources and team management aspects by risk theory, financial theory, incentive theory, etc.The purpose of this thesis is to provide useful engineering project management experience about heat recycling in the refractory enterprise. It can promote enterprise' management level for heat recycling and provide implications for other energy-saving projects in the future. At the same time, the same industry also can use it as a source of reference for similar energy-saving projects.
