An Evaluation Study On Currency Circulation Order And Public Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction may have significant impacts on an organization. Customer satisfaction concerns enterprises making profits and maintaining market shares, and public satisfaction can influence the creditability and social stability in public services. Thus, the working performance and the public prospective on public service can be reflected by general public satisfaction. In order to improve the working performance and response efficiency, and also upgrade the quality of public service, the investigation on public satisfaction is strongly to be recommended.Maintaining the stability of currency circulation order is one of the most important responsibilities of the Central Bank, and it also possesses the nature of public service. It requires positive interaction as well as mutual participation of both financial institutions and the general public. New media accelerates the process of information transmission, and it gives rise to increasing concerns for currency circulation order. Under the circumstances, public attitudes tend to be easily interfered. As a special public sector, it is essential for the Central bank to pay close attention to public attitudes aiming at detecting newly emerging issues, improving response efficiency, enhancing working performance, thus providing more satisfying services to the public.Based on the summary of related literature, the paper analyses the contributing factors of public satisfaction and its formation mechanism. Furthermore, it adjusts the mature theoretical model targeting the characteristics of currency circulation order, and then designs the new theoretical model. Following this, on the basis of data acquired from the extensive survey of13cities in Jiangsu Province, the paper carries out both statistical analysis and empirical tests. The empirical results indicate that the model has comparatively positive impacts on assessments of public satisfaction of currency circulation order.
