The Performance Evaluation Of Regional Circular Economy Research In China

From the point of economic development model, resources and environment problemincreasingly serious is rooted in industrialized since starting to take advantage of high production,low and high emissions "high-pressure&high-concentration&low-viscosity" for the characteristicsof traditional linear economic model, the natural resources, energy and environmental protectionhas a huge pressure. To this end, the future of human society should establish a kind of ischaracterized by material closed loop flow in the economy, circular economy, so as to realize thesustainable development required by the environmental and economic win-win.Based on "circular economy" and "regional circular economy", on the basis of literatureresearch, put forward the definition of regional circular economy and laid a very solid theoreticalbasis for evaluation.This paper built a multi-level and multi-index structure of index system for performanceevaluation of regional circular economy, including the state level and progress of circular economyfrom two aspects of indicators, in terms of criteria including social level, economic development,resource consumption, ecological environment, waste discharge and comprehensive utilization ofresources.This paper uses the variation coefficient method to empowerment, performance evaluationindex of regional circular economy using the efficacy coefficient against China’s286performanceevaluation of regional circular economy, status of regional circular economy level and progressobtained level score and ranking, and through the combination of two aspects of the analysis ofregional circular economy based progress better and faster development of tianjin, ordos, panjin,hefei, weihai, haikou, sanya, etc; Development foundation is better but the progress is slow withshenzhen, hangzhou, suzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, etc.; Although development foundation is bad butthere is progress faster baicheng, heihe, longnan huanggang, jiamusi, jixi, shuangyashan and qitaihe,etc.; Not only development foundation is bad, and the slower progress in dingxi, tianshui, lincang,zhang ye, left, wulanchabu, puyang, baoshan, anshun, zhumadian, etc. The evaluation results fordifferent areas for reference to promote the development of circular economy.
