The Development Level And Trend Forecast Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Hebei

Agriculture is the basic industry most closely associated with the natural resources,serving as a bridge between human and nature.The sustainable development of agriculture has become the primary and key step of human sustainable development.The concept of circular economy provides a way for the sustainable development of agriculture.Since that the development of agricultural circular economy is the trend of world agriculture development,it is also an inevitable choice for Hebei Province to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,based on the analysis of the level and trend of agricultural circular economy in Hebei Province,this paper aims to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of agricultural circular economy in Hebei province.First,it analyzes the related theories and studies of agricultural circular economy at home and abroad,providing theoretical basis for further research.Second,the current situation of agricultural circular economy in Hebei Province is analyzed,and the main modes and problems of it are summarized.Third,the analytic hierarchy process was adapted to construct the evaluation index system and the evaluation model of agricultural circular economy of Hebei province;based on the analysis of comprehensive evaluation results,the evaluation results of the criteria layer and the index layer were analyzed in detail,and then this paper points out the obstacles to the development of agricultural circular economy in Hebei Province.Forth,the gray model is used to forecast the development trend of agricultural circular economy in Hebei province in the next five years,and then the future development direction and mode are pointed out.Fifth,the operational countermeasures and recommendations are put forward to promote the development of agricultural circular economy in Hebei province.
