Human resources related to the development of the country’s economic, political,cultural, technology is the backbone of the country’s development. For the securitiesindustry, human resources is particularly important. Today, China’s securities industrydeveloped for two decades in the past two decades. China’s securities industry has donewith Fat countries traveled one hundred years in the hardware. But in the software,compared with developed countries is vary considerably far from its historical experience,knowledge, technology and human resources. Capital markets for medium and largecompanies have opened up new financing channels for small and medium investors toprovide new investment. China’s financial is part of the world financial. China’s financialindustry is still early stage of development lag behind developed countries in the world,China’s financial industry, which requires participation in the World competition at thesame time, learn and absorb the painful lessons of developed countries, and improve thelaws and regulations of China’s financial sector, improving the system of the financialindustry standardize, optimize the structure of the financial sector, China’s financialindustry is healthy and rapid development of these elements need talent to perform, sothe accumulation of the human resource base is particularly important for China’sfinancial industry. Financial talent happen job-hopping phenomenon of frequentoccurrence in recent years. The securities company human resources can’t be effectivelyimplemented into increasing the company’s strategy, the implementation of the marketingstrategy lack of sufficient supply of human resources, etc., these securities companyhuman resources has been plagued by a securities company.on the basis of previous studies, professional hardiness of psychology wasintroduced in staff turnover intention research areas. In this paper, staff professionalhardiness and turnover intention significantly affect the relationship. The field ofemployee turnover intentions is wide. According to the results of data analysis, this pointof view of the professional hardiness reduces employee turnover intention. The articleuses of documentary research, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other researchmethods, in order to finishing the analysis of turnover intention of securities. This study is turnover intention of the securities industry’s knowledge workers basedon professional hardiness. The article will be prepared along “the related theory”,"Building a theoretical framework and assumptions,""research data","analysis of theknowledge-based securities industry employees professional hardiness and turnoverIntentions——An Empirical Study of Shenyang City”, the proposal to reduce thesecurities industry knowledge-based employee turnover intentions" research ideas. Thedetailed contents are as follows:Chapter I: Introduction. The chapter introduces the research background, meaningand purpose, research methods and tasks, and research and theoretical innovation.Chapter II: Summary of relevant theory. The chapter involves the status quo ofdomestic and foreign knowledge workers, professional hardiness of the status quo,turnover intention status quo theoretical reviews.Chapter III: Research Design. The chapter proposes a theoretical framework andresearch hypotheses, the object of this study, research the preparation of the questionnaireand instructions, sampling design, survey questionnaire recovery and data analysismethods.Chapter IV: Empirical testing and results analysis. Mainly part is the analysis ofprofessional hardiness and turnover intention of significantly influence relationship,including the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis, different personalbackground analysis of the differences of each variable coupon industryknowledge-based; professional hardiness and turnover intention relationship analysis,professional hardiness and knowledge-based securities industry employee turnoverintentions relationship regression analysis.Chapter V: Conclusions and recommendations. According to the analytic structureof the fourth chapter, this chapter summarizes the findings of this article; and made theproposal to reduce the knowledge-based securities industry employee turnover intentions;Finally, the thesis of a brief description of the limitations and research prospects.After the study found: knowledge-based professional hardiness and turnoverintention of the securities industry show a significant difference on the demographicvariables; securities industry knowledge-based professional hardiness of each variablehas a significant negative correlation with turnover intention; this paper propose that the property staff is implemented the recommendations differentiated management andimprove the staff’s professional hardiness for helping reduce the Securities andknowledge-based employee turnover intentions.
