With rapid development of the Internet,more and more companies have been started up,which brings fierce competition to the internet industry.The Internet industry is an intellectually intensive industry so that the staff is both the core competition for the industry and the key role for a company's development.However,they have to face a knotty problem that the turnover rate is very high regardless of the company size.The severe turnover rate of employees will bring additional recruitment and training costs to the organization.In addition,the departure of core employees has a serious negative impact on the progress of the project and the operation of the company,and may even become an important problem which influence the development of the company.Turnover tendency is the best variable to predict employee turnover.Therefore,researching the key factors affecting the turnover tendency of employees in the Internet company can help the company's management to solve the problem of high staff turnover in the Internet company.Firstly,based on reviewing and summarizing the relational literature,some key reasons were sum up which led a high turnover rate.Secondly,combined with the influencing factors of literature induction,hypotheses and models are proposed through connecting interviews with human resources post experts and employees in the Internet industry.Questionnaires and empirical studies were also conducted for knowledge-based professional staff of Internet companies such as Shenzhen,Beijing,Guangzhou,Hangzhou,and Wuhan.Then,Using SPSS25.0 to analyze the data and conclude that: the job intensity& job stress has not significant impact on the turnover tendency of employees in the Internet companies;the salary satisfaction has a negative impact on the turnover tendency of employees in the Internet companies.Enterprise development prospects and organizational culture have a negative impact on the turnover tendency of employees in the Internet companies;job satisfaction have a negative impact on the turnover tendency of employees in the Internet companies;conflicts between work and family has a positive impact.Finally,we give some suggestions for dealing with the high turnover intention of Internet companies.
