To Undertake Service Outsourcing In China Research On The Influence Of Industrial Upgrading

At present, with the rapid development of information, communication technology and the "Refocusing" strategy of multinational corporations, outsourcing has become a new economic phenomena and attracted much attention. It carrying high information technology, high added value, and low resource consumption, these characters have become the key to the economic changes. As for developed countries, outsourcing not only largely reduces the cost, but also can focus resources on core business and accelerate the development of high knowledge, high-tech industry. So that it is contribute to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. While as for developing countries, reflecting the outsourcing of services within the division of products in developing countries by undertaking service outsourcing, can promote the industry or a part of the upgrade chain, thereby bringing the whole industrial structure adjustment and optimization. Therefore, as a major country to undertake outsourcing, how the development of international outsourcing impact on China’s economic development, industrial structure, resource use, technological advances, personnel structure and other aspects is of great value to us. What are the advantages and disadvantages in China’s undertake outsourcing, and how to promote the use of international outsourcing to rapid economic growth and improve the country’s industrial structure, these issues have attracted strong attention.The main purpose of this study is to explore how the outsourcing impacted on our country’s industrial structure. This paper first described the related concepts of outsourcing and industrial structure, then analysized some of the development of outsourcing, the evolution of industrial structure and upgrading of the industrial structure and other related factors, with emphasis on combined data from the theoretical and empirical perspectives outsourcing for the host to upgrade the industrial structure. Finally, based on the conclusions and reasons, I gave a number of specific policy proposals on the undertake of outsourcing in China.
