At present, Low-carbon economy has been widespread concerned by the public and the government.Under this context, the B2C e-commerce as a new business model has attractted wide attention of consumers and investment agency because of its features,such as:economy, low carbon and rapid reaction to clients’ personalized needs, In recent years, the B2C e-commerce got rapid development, at the same time also contributed to the rapid development of the logistics industry which is as a support link to realization of the electronic commerce trade. In view of the key of cost advantage established by electronic business enterprise and successful operation being the efficiency of the logistics distribution and based on B2C e-commerce logistics distribution characteristics and low carbon logistics distribution characteristics, the purpose of this study is to establish related mathematical model which can help B2C e-commerce to optimize the distribution path and make distribution more efficient,economy and low carbon, and finally make B2C e-commerce enterprise in the future development can be better in in line with low-carbon economy themes and gain a win in the fierce competition. Therefore, at the beginning of rapid development of B2C e-commerce logistics, this paper studing the path optimization of the B2C e-commerce low carbon logistics distribution has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all, this article analyses the characteristics of low carbon logistics and B2C e-commerce logistics, describes the characteristics low carbon logistics from the aspects of system engineering and deduces the unique characteristics of B2C e-commerce logistics compared with traditional logistics through analysing the characteristics of B2C e-commerce.Secondly, with the traditional time window restrictions vehicle routing problem as the foundation, in view of the characteristics of the low carbon logistics and B2C e-commerce logistics and considering the minimum fuel consumption when the vehicles is in economic speed state,the paper set up a B2C e-commerce-low carbon logistics path optimization model with a time window constraint based on the constraint of the point of order time. The model’s optimization purposes isn’t the the shortest physical distance as usual,but to give each path a traffic conditions coefficient and road conditions coefficient, convert the physical distance between every two customers into virtual distance corresponded by economic speed and optimize the path on the base of this virtual distance. So as to the model can avoid the trouble of the shortest physical distance may being not the best way in the current city logistics distribution process and is able to improve the efficiency of the distribution and reduce the distribution costs and the amount of carbon emissions in the process. Finally, the paper uses the basic principle of the tabu search algorithm to design algorithm and make the algorithm be realized by MATLAB program。...
