In the process of economic development, industrial structure and employmentstructure interact and affect each other, they whether coordinate develop or notimpacts the quality of economic development and employment levels directly. Theindustrial structure and employment structure whether coordinate develop or not, theeconomic development whether effectively promote employment growth and solvelivelihood issues or not is currently most concerned about by Hebei Province. Thestatistics show that three times industrial composition in Hebei Province is11.99:54.06:33.95, while the proportion of employment of staff is33.95:37.66:32.42.In this case, this paper studies the evolution of the relationship between industrialstructure and employment structure in Hebei Province which has important practicalsignificance. It can alleviate the employment pressure in Hebei Province, thus achieveeconomic growth and optimize economic structure.The paper discusses the employment structure changes in the process ofindustrial structure changing, especially in Hebei Province. It divides into four parts：The first part, it analyzes the industrial structure and employment structure.
