The Positive Research On The Relationship Of Adjustment Of The Industrial Structure And Change Of Employment Structure Of Gansu Province

Since the reform and opening of economy of China, all aspects of economy and society have been developing rapidly, the industrial structure also has been developing and upgrading. But at the same time, employment issue is becoming more and more prominent, and being highly concerned by the whole society, the development of employment structure lags behind the industrial structure severely. The coordination of employment structure and industrial structure relates to the rapid improvement of economy. Gansu, a important province of China's Western Development Program, it's adjustment of industrial and employment has certain representation and it's own developmental characteristics. At present, Gansu province is at a crucial stage, the development of industry lacks vitality, the employment issue is quite conspicuous, and the situation of employment can not be optimistic. So, under this background, to research the relationship of adjustment of industrial structure and employment structure and their mutual influence, can provide thinking for making policy.The article's research based on some relational theories, such as Petty-Clarks'law, Marxist theory of employment, Kuznets theory of industrial evolution and employment and so on. First, the article looks back the process of industrial structure and employment structure, and then analyses their current situation and problems.The second, the article makes a positive research on the industrial structure and employment structure, and analyses their relationship with econometric analysis, then we can find that there exists correlation between industrial structure and employment structure. Then the article dose a further analysis about the relationship from the perspective of employment elasticity, structure departure degree and labor productivity, drawing the conclusion that the development of industrial structure and employment structure is not harmonic, and analyses the reason. The last, according the reason, provides some methods.
